Wine and food pairing

You can drink it without complex as an aperitif. He is particularly fond of seafood (shellfish, fish, etc.) and of course, cheese!

Aromas and flavors

A dry, lively, fruity white wine with its aromas of lime, white flowers, citrus fruits that will accompany you all year round. Smooth and fruity, this is a cuvée that should be consumed in its youth.
To be served between 6°C and 8°C.

Vines and Terroir

Our vines are located in the great terroir of Brézé. They are under organic farming since 1998 and biodynamic since 2016. Soil clay and limestone. Grape variety 100% Chenin Blanc. 

Harvest and vinification

The 50% manual and 50% mechanical harvest is entirely sorted in the cellar. The vines are harvested in several sorts then put in the press without destemming. Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel vats.
