Wine and food pairing
A dry rosé, made from Cabernet Franc which will brighten up salads, barbecues and all kinds of tapas!
Aromas and flavors
You will discover a dry and fruity rosé, with notes of red fruits. To be served between 8°C and 10°C.
Vines and Terroir
The 30 years old vines of Château Fouquet are located in the municipality of Brézé, about 10 kilometers east of Saumur, on a
chalky clay land. They have been worked according to the rules of organic agriculture since 1998 and in biodynamics since 2017.
Harvest and Vinification
The grapes are destemmed. A slight maceration is done depending from the vintage year itself to obtain the desired colour. Followed by slow vinification at low temperature between 12°C and 14°C to preservethe aromas and the fruit.
